Our Team
At MMT, our team comes from the field. We’ve run turnarounds, managed procurement desks, chased down last-minute materials, and felt the pressure of keeping a plant running. That lived experience shapes everything we do, and it’s why we notice the small details others miss. It’s also why teams trust us to help them operate with confidence.

Chris brings over 30 years of experience in fabrication, construction, and maintenance to his role as Co-Founder and President of MMT. A Kentucky native, he earned degrees in Construction Management, Construction Technology, and an MBA from Xavier University. Chris began his career as a draftsman and went on to hold leadership roles at Enerfab and TMI before launching MMT in 2020. His vision is to build a national company rooted in small-town values, fostering strong teams and stronger communities.
