Born and raised in Kentucky, Chris obtained degrees in Construction Management, Construction Technology, and an MBA from Xavier. After spending 15 years working for such companies as Enerfab and TMI, Chris embarked on a new challenge by starting MMT in 2020.

Austin Goebel
Mt. Vernon Operations Manager
Born & raised in Mt. Vernon, IN., Austin and his wife, Kay-leigh, are now raising three children of their own in the very same community. Austin has eight years of experience as a Union Pipe-fitter. Austin worked at Skanska as both a foreman & general foreman. Being an outdoorsman at heart, Austin spends his free time hunting and fishing. MMT is thrilled to have gained his expertise and amazing personality as an addition to our growing team!
Phil Copas
Cincinnati Operations Manager
Phil was born and raised in southeast Ohio. Phil and his wife, Brittany, are hard at work raising their two girls. Phil has 20 years of experience in the industry, with expertise in pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers and half pipe fabrication. Phil not only brings his experience with fabrication and managing projects, but is also a CWI (Certified Welding Inspector). Phil has proven to be an invaluable asset with his experience and outlook as we continue to grow and expand our services to the Ohio Valley Region.
Bryan Schultheis
CNC & Fab Manager
Bryan was born & raised next door in Evansville, IN. Bryan, and his wife, Jessica, have two daughters taking up most of their free freetime. Bryan has over 24 years of experience in Tool and Die and Industrial Automation. MMT is lucky to have gained his expertise as an addition to our team!
